Wall Water Fountains- A Important Element of Feng Shui
Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese practice of making sure objects are placed an arranged in a room to ensure harmony and the flow of positive energy. The term literally translates to “wind-water”.
The main elements to think about when using the principles of Feng Shui in decorating are:
• Earth
• Wind
• Water
• Fire
• Metal
How can incorporate all of these elements into your home. Earth, wind and metal are generally easy because of the many types of stones, fans and metals you can use in the furniture, flooring and decorative touches. Water and fire are sometimes harder choices to make, but you can have the element of fire simply by burning Soothing Candles.
Bring water into your home a Wall Water Fountain. These can be Free Standing Floor Fountains or smaller designs that you hang on a wall. Flowing water increases the positive energy, so just about any kind of fountain fits in well with Feng Shui. You can have a tabletop fountain in any room of your home.
Easy Installation Wall Water Fountain is not a challenging task. There are many lightweight designs available that only require one person for the job. While most people think of the living room wall as the only place in the home for such units, they work well in all rooms, especially the bedrooms.
The sound of falling water and the sight of the water continuously flowing over the wall background of your choice is the perfect relaxation method to help you fall asleep easily.
The sounds of falling water also help to drown out the sounds of the rest of the household and the outside. The lighting in a Indoor Wall Fountain will provide a nightlight for the room. As the light catches the reflections of the colors of the water it will provide an exciting contrast for the color scheme of the room.
In addition to bringing the positive energy of Feng Shui into your home with a wall water fountain, the water helps to humidify the indoor air. This is beneficial all year round decreasing the need for air conditioning in summer and humidifiers in winter.
During the winter, the heat you need to have in the home can cause your hair and skin to dry out. A Water Fountain will add moisture to the air but not too much so that it will cause any condensation on the walls. This you get the relaxing benefit of falling water and the humidity that your skin and your plants require.

Add a logo to your Custom Water Fountain.
A Custom Water fountain logo is a great way to market your business. We have many examples to Personalize Your Wall Fountain with a logo.
Solid slate, lightweight slate and glass or mirror fountains can be customized and offer different logo options. When you select your water feature, you will see a few different options for personalizing your fountain or adding a corporate logo.
Solid slate or marble wall fountains: When you choose a marble or slate wall fountain your logo will be etched right into the slate. It can then be painted with the color of your choice. Black works the best but virtually any color will work.
Lightweight slate face fountain: You have the option of a masked or raised logo for your lightweight wall fountain. A masked logo is similar to painting. Due to the thickness of the lightweight slate, only about 1/16″ to 1/8″ thick, it is not engraved into the slate but masked, blasted and painted with a very strong, durable, waterproof paint. The other option for some lightweight slate fountains is a raised logo. The logo is actually placed on acrylic and raised off the slate with pegs.
Mirrored face or glass fountains: If you decided on a glass or mirrored face wall fountain, you can have your logo etched on the glass or apply vinyl logos.
Custom Wall Fountains. What are you Slate choices.
When building a Custom Wall Fountain you have many choices for the water fall face material. Today we will discuss Slate Wall Fountains. Later we will discuss Glass and Mirror Wall Fountain and Marble Wall Fountains.
Slate is a stone material generally imported from India. Because it is a natural stone each piece of slate is unique in its look. The slate comes in two types. Lightweight Slate Wall Fountains and Solid Slate Wall Fountains. The Solid Slate is about one inch thick and is a heavy stone. One piece of slate can weigh 100 pounds to over 300 pounds. The Lightweight slate is a thin slice of the slate, about 1/16″ to 1/8″. There is a process of removing this thin slice and applying it to a hard backing. Looking at the lightweight slate from the front it looks just like the solid slate without the weight. The Lightweight Slate piece will weight about 10% of the solid piece. So the comparable weight is 10 pounds for a 100 pound solid slate piece.
The slate comes in many colors. See Slate face options. Here are other Slate face options.
All these slate options are available for Custom Wall Fountains and Commercial Wall Fountains.
This slate can also be on Slate Floor Fountains.
